  • Firebase: We use Firebase, a service provided by Google, to enhance our app’s functionality. Firebase may collect and process certain personal information, including but not limited to user profiles, usage data, and authentication details.   • Google Maps API: Our app utilizes the Google Maps API to provide location-based services. This requires us to share your real-time location data with Google Maps.   2. Go to Sidebar Menu > Profile
  3. Update information and click Save Information
  4. To Delete or Deactivate Account click the buttons and provide required information and click Delete now / Deactivate now.

N.B: We don’t erase data instantly. The data will be erased after 30 days if you don’t login within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the “Last updated” date, and sending an in-app notification.

9. Retention and Deletion of Data

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specific retention periods are as follows:

10. App Permissions

Our App requires certain permissions to function properly:
  • Location: To connect you with nearby change providers
  • Camera: 
    • To scan QR codes for deal completion between seekers and providers
    • To update users profile picture.
  • Storage: To update users profile picture.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit the functionality of the App.
